Starting from design, engineers verify each device to obtain a completely reliable product, able to give high performances; this led us to offer our customers a 1-year guarantee for each electronic device and a 3-years guarantee for each security lock. Moreover, each product is compliant to UE directives.

In order to guarantee high levels of quality, CoMETA shares its Quality Policy, punctually shown in each branch, with employees and contributors. The Quality Policy is shared even through periodical staff meetings, directed to the comprehention, the actuation and the support of the policy at all corporate levels.

The strategic choice of becoming a system in which quality policy is passed through corporate levels allowed CoMETA to obtain UNI EN ISO 9001 / 2000 certification.

Thanks to its network of Technical Call Centers, CoMETA is also able to give full support to its customers, for all that concerns consulting, client training, technical assistance and on request for installation and mantainance on all national territory.

For those product which requires specific skills for their correct installation, CoMETA arranges training courses for the purpose of allowing its customers to work in a correct and autonomous way.
